Industries We Serve

Deep expertise in the sectors that power the UAE

We don't force generic software onto your business. Each industry gets workflows, compliance and integrations built around how it actually operates — and the same team supports it after go-live.

Ecommerce & Marketplaces

D2C brands, marketplace sellers and dropshippers launching or scaling in the UAE.

Stock sold twice because the store and the marketplace never agree on quantity.

  • Shopify / WooCommerce store builds
  • Amazon & Noon seller onboarding
  • Inventory & order sync automation
  • Payment, shipping & VAT localization

Restaurants & F&B

Cafes, cloud kitchens, multi-branch chains and franchises running on real-time systems.

Food cost is a monthly guess because nobody tracks consumption at recipe level.

  • Aggregator & delivery integration

  • Multi-location stock control
  • Loyalty & customer profiles

  • Project & timesheet management
  • Client portals & document expiry
  • VAT-ready billing & receivables

Distribution & Trading

Wholesalers, traders and B2B suppliers managing stock, credit and field sales.

Common Ground

Different sectors, the same four problems

The workflows change from industry to industry. These four things are what every UAE operator eventually needs fixed.

Stock that agrees with itself

Whether it is a warehouse, three branches or a marketplace listing, one quantity is the truth and every channel reads from it.

VAT-ready from day one

Invoices, credit notes and returns are structured for UAE VAT filing — not reformatted by an accountant every quarter.

Numbers owners actually read

Dashboards answer what sold, what is left, what it cost and who owes you — in that order, without exporting anything.

Systems that talk to each other

Store, POS, ERP and accounting are integrated at the data layer, so a sale posts once and appears everywhere it should.

FAQ

Questions about sector fit

Both, deliberately. The core platform is proven and stable, and the sector-specific workflows — recipe costing for F&B, batch tracking for distribution, proof-of-delivery for logistics — are built on top of it. You get the reliability of a maintained product with the fit of a custom build.

No — it is one of the reasons clients come to us. A retail group with its own cloud kitchen, or a trading company running a D2C store, gets one system with both workflows enabled rather than two disconnected products and two support contacts.

A single-outlet POS or a standard ecommerce launch typically goes live in weeks. Multi-branch ERP rollouts run longer because data migration, staff training and a controlled go-live matter more than speed. We state the timeline in the proposal before work starts.

Usually, yes. We integrate with existing accounting packages, marketplaces, courier platforms and payment gateways through their APIs. Where an integration is not possible, we say so during scoping rather than after the invoice.
