Privacy Policy

How Paknology Solutions FZE LLC handles personal information across this website, our client portal and the social accounts we publish to.

Effective 5 September 2026

1. Who we are

Paknology Solutions FZE LLC ("Paknology", "we", "us") is a digital business enablement company registered in the United Arab Emirates, at Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

Questions, or any request about your data: hello@paknology.com — Paknology Solutions FZE LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers https://paknology.com, the client portal at https://paknology.com/portal, and the business social accounts we operate. It does not cover our published mobile apps, which carry their own policies, or third-party websites we link to.

3. Information we collect

We collect only what a specific interaction needs. There is no analytics script and no tracking pixel anywhere on this site — we do not build profiles of visitors, and reading a page leaves us nothing beyond the server log entry described below. The Insights articles carry advertising, which is set out in section 4; no other page does.

  • Enquiries: when you submit the contact form or start a WhatsApp conversation from the site, we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you choose to give us, so we can reply and prepare a quotation.
  • Client portal: for clients, we hold the contact details, the packages and services agreed, invoices and payment status. Access is by a one-time code sent to the client's email address — the portal has no password to lose.
  • Payments: card payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers never reach our systems; we receive only the outcome of a payment and the reference we need to reconcile an invoice.
  • Email: we send acknowledgements, invoices, reminders and one-time login codes through our own mail server.
  • Cookies on the main site: only functional ones — a signed session cookie once an administrator or a client signs in. Nothing tracks you from page to page, and nothing follows you to another site.
  • Advertising, on the Insights articles only: those pages carry Google AdSense, which may set cookies or read a device identifier to choose and measure the advertisements you see. No other page does — not the homepage, not the service pages, not the client portal — because an advertisement has no business on a page where you are deciding whether to contact us.
  • Server logs: our web server records the usual request data (IP address, time, page, user agent) for security and diagnosis, kept short-term.

4. Advertising on the articles

The articles at https://paknology.com/insights carry advertisements from Google AdSense. Google is the controller of the data it collects for that purpose, and how it uses data from sites that use its services is set out at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, a consent message appears before any advertising cookie is set, with refusing as available as accepting. Whatever you choose there applies to the advertising on this site, and you can change it later from the same message.

We do not receive your browsing history, we do not use advertising data to build a profile of you, and we do not combine it with anything you send us through the contact form or the portal.

5. Social media publishing

We publish our own articles to our own Facebook Page, Instagram professional account and LinkedIn page, using each platform's publishing API through an automation we run ourselves.

What this involves, stated plainly: we send the text and images of our own posts to those platforms, and we read back the identifier and link of the post that was created so we can record where it went. We do not collect, store or process the personal data of anyone who follows, likes, comments on or otherwise interacts with those posts, and we do not use platform data for advertising, profiling, resale or any purpose beyond publishing our own content.

The access tokens that permit this are held in our automation system, not on this website — a compromise of the website cannot post anywhere or reach a platform account. Tokens can be revoked by us at any time, and by the platform at any time.

If you interact with us on those platforms, the platform's own privacy policy governs that interaction as well as this one.

6. How we use information

To answer enquiries and prepare quotations; to deliver the services agreed; to issue invoices and collect payment; to send service messages such as receipts, reminders and login codes; to keep records the law requires us to keep; and to secure and diagnose our systems.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We send marketing email only to people who asked for it, and every such message can be stopped by replying to it.

7. Who else handles it

We use a small number of service providers, each handling data only to do the job we engaged them for:

  • Hostinger — the server this website and its database run on.
  • Stripe — card payment processing.
  • Our mail provider — sending and receiving business email.
  • Meta Platforms and LinkedIn — receiving the posts we publish to our own accounts.
  • OpenAI — drafting our own articles. We do not send customer or enquiry data to it.
  • Google Search Console — search performance for our own pages. It reports aggregate search data and gives us no information about individuals.
  • Google AdSense — the advertisements on our articles, and the consent message shown for them in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland.

8. Where it is stored, and for how long

Our website and database run on a server in Europe; our providers may process data in other countries. Where personal information moves outside the UAE, we rely on the provider's own safeguards and contractual terms.

Enquiries that do not become customers are kept while they are still a live prospect and then deleted on request. Client records, invoices and payment records are kept for as long as the business relationship lasts and afterwards for the period UAE tax and commercial law requires — which is why some accounting records cannot be deleted on request until that period ends. Server logs are kept short-term.

9. Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or stop a particular use of it. You can also object to processing and withdraw a consent you gave.

Ask by emailing hello@paknology.com. We answer within 30 days. We will not charge you for a request, and we will tell you plainly if a legal retention duty means we cannot delete something yet.

Deletion has its own page with step-by-step instructions: https://paknology.com/data-deletion.

10. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Administrator and client sessions are signed and time-limited, client sign-in is by one-time email code, payment credentials never touch our systems, and publishing credentials are held outside the website. Backups of the database are taken daily and verified.

No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If a breach ever affects your personal information we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

11. Children

Our services are sold to businesses. This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

12. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when what we actually do changes. The current version always lives at this URL, with its effective date at the top of the page. Material changes will be notified to active clients by email.
