1. These terms

These terms apply to your use of https://paknology.com and the client portal. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

Where we have signed a separate proposal, quotation or service agreement with you, that document governs the work itself; these terms cover the website and anything the signed document does not address.

2. Who we are

3. The website is information, not an offer

Prices, packages, timelines and starting-from figures on this site are indicative and can change. Nothing on the site is a binding offer. A price becomes binding only in a written quotation we issue to you, and only for the period that quotation states.

Articles and answer pages on this site are general information about doing business in the UAE. They are not legal, tax or financial advice, and government fees, thresholds and rules change — check the current position with the relevant authority or your advisor before acting.

4. Enquiries and quotations

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. We will reply, ask what we need to ask, and where appropriate issue a written quotation. Work begins when the quotation is accepted and the first milestone is paid.

For existing marketplace accounts we quote a paid audit first and quote any fixes separately afterwards, because estimating repair work unseen is guesswork.

5. Client portal accounts

The portal is for our clients. Sign-in is by a one-time code sent to the email address on the account, so keep that mailbox secure and tell us immediately if it is compromised. Do not share access with anyone not authorised by you. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being misused.

6. Payments, VAT and refunds

Invoices are payable by the date stated on them. UAE VAT is applied at the prevailing rate where it is due. Recurring packages continue until cancelled in writing under the terms of the agreement covering them.

Milestone payments cover work already carried out and third-party costs already committed — government fees, licences and platform charges in particular are paid onward and are not recoverable from us. Refunds beyond that are dealt with in the agreement covering the work.

7. Intellectual property

The site's design, text, logos and code are ours or our licensors', and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Work delivered to a client transfers on the terms of that engagement — ordinarily, on full payment. We retain our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and may reuse them for other clients.

8. Third-party services

Our work often involves third parties — government authorities and free zones, banks, Amazon, Noon, Meta, Google, payment providers and hosting companies. Their rules, fees, review decisions and timelines are theirs, not ours. We coordinate diligently and tell you where things stand, but we cannot guarantee an outcome that another organisation decides, such as a licence approval, a bank account opening or a platform's account review.

9. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape at scale, or interfere with this site or the portal, and do not use them to send anything unlawful. We may block access that does.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the site and portal available, but they are provided as they are. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access, and we may change or withdraw features. Planned maintenance on client systems is agreed separately.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, and our total liability arising from the website or from any engagement is limited to the fees you have paid us for the engagement concerned.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this URL with its effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
