App Store Connect Metadata and Privacy Checklist

The code is only one part of the submission. Apple says developers should check the app name, icon, description, screenshots, previews, keywords, subtitle and promotional text before submitting. macOS 27 Apple Silicon Compatibility for Mac Apps

Mac software needs a separate check. Apple says macOS 27 will be Apple silicon only for normal Intel-based apps, while macOS 26 is the final release supporting Intel Mac computers and Rosetta. How to Plan an iOS 27 Test Before April 2027

If your app is stable, maintained and important to revenue, schedule a focused Xcode 27 and TestFlight test now. You do not need to add every new iOS 27 feature. You do need a record showing that the existing customer journeys work, the App Store information is accurate and the team has a plan for defects.

If the app is dormant, has very few Apple users or is due for replacement, do not spend money simply because a new SDK exists. Document the decision and revisit it before April 2027 if you expect to upload an update after that date.
